Missional Theology Report
The motion to "recommend to the 2010 Biennial Convention the adoption of the Statement on Missional Theology as edited, as a Recommended Resource and Teaching Guide for the Church of the Lutheran Brethren" passed unanimously. Several corrections and amendments will need to be made to the report.

Living Faith Church
Watford City, ND
Living Faith Church, Watford City, was accepted as an affiliate CLB congregation. Ron Erickson presented a plaque commemorating the congregation's affiliate membership, and offered prayer for their ministry. Prior to the vote, Dan Bundy, Barry Schmall, Dennis Hodenfield and Regional Pastor Gary Witkop reported the ministry of Living Faith Church and brought greetings from the congregation.
An Exciting Financial Report
Brad Martinson, Director of Finance and Personnel, presented the year's financial report, highlighting that the operating ministries fund balance ended in the black for the first time in many years. The fund balance shows on the report as a positive $381. Praise and glory be unto Him!

He will introduce “ConfirmIT!2” and a new one-year pre-confirmation curriculum titled, “FaithIT!” based on the Faith Alive Student Bible from Concordia Publishing. It takes students into the basics of law/gospel theology and prepares participants for confirmation curriculum.
